About the Position…
Join Walmart as a Manager, Program Governance - Data Analytics& Risk Compliance Platform Administrator . This Manager position will manage and oversee a broad range of critical activities including management reporting and business analytics. In addition, The Program Manager will manage and maintain the AuditBoard environment, ensuring proper functionality, user management, assessment design, inventory and workstream management and other system supports. In this role, you will be the key partner to identify key opportunities and influence key stakeholders and Global Governance teams in building strong data frameworks leveraging advanced analytics and data visualization tools.

What you'll do...

  • Drive Strategic Analytics – Understand key processes, metrics, and business goals to analyze, interpret, and communicate business performance, identify opportunities, and enable strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor – Quickly develop trusting relationships with internal teams.  Partner and participate in business strategy discussions and influence key business decisions with informed recommendations leveraging data.
  • Serve as AuditBoard Administrator - Manage and maintain the AuditBoard environment, ensuring proper functionality, user management, assessment design, inventory and workstream management and other system supports
  • Deliver Data Driven Analysis – Organize and validate relevant data prior to analysis; consolidate and identify exceptions and patterns; synthesize data for actionable customer insights; and translating information into action plans.
  • Practice Continuous Process Improvement – Work across the organization to identify and solve issues with a customer-oriented mindset, bringing new ideas forward and influencing positive change.
  • Drive a New Way of Working – Advance our journey to become a more digital and data driven team championing data visualization tools to drive the business and educating stakeholders to promote adoption.

Preferably…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area
  • Experience using or managing AuditBoard Platform
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar data visualization tools, Dataproc | Spark | Hive or similar data processing tools, Dataplex | Collibra or similar data governance tools, Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with large dataset mining tools and open-source programming tools (e.g., R, Python, HiveQL, Spark)
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
