Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of date of hire.

What does a standard flex shift look like?

Flex associate meets at a designated meeting area to start shift. A Flex Support area manager should cover all start-up topics, process changes, engagement activities and any other pertinent information the Flex associate may have missed in the time between shifts. Flex associate completes proper stretches. Flex associate completes all pending Ulearns and any other required trainings prior to starting their shift. Flex associate receives an overview of work function assignment and tools needed for their shift. Flex associate goes to assigned work location.

What does the interview process look like?

The People team will contact interested candidates and share with them the program details. Candidates who are interested in moving forward with the process, will work with them to schedule a time for them to come into the facility for a tour, additional conversation, and assistance in the application process. The facility tour will give you extra context on the role you’ll be filling, and grant you the chance to ask our team any lingering questions. After that, if you’re determined to be a fit for the opportunity, you’ll receive a job offer.
