Are you looking for a great opportunity to manage and maintain the corporate real estate asset portfolio of Fortune #1? Our Corporate Real Estate team is hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate!

About the Position...
The Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the full corporate real estate portfolio of assets including office spaces, warehouses, data centers and other miscellaneous properties managed by the Corporate Real Estate team in the United States and select international markets. This work will include site selection and sourcing of new locations, financial modeling of transactions, purchase negotiations, new lease negotiations, lease management strategy of the portfolio including lease renewals and terminations, construction support of asset related work and presentation materials preparation for presentation to the executive support teams.

What you'll do...

• Partnering with brokerage support teams and consultants to identify new asset locations in key markets.
• Negotiating letters of intent for new leases and/or purchases of commercial real estate assets.
• Actively managing the existing Corporate Real Estate Portfolio including negotiating and receiving approvals for lease extensions or terminations.
• Managing the day-to-day needs of an active portfolio of real estate assets.
• Building financial models in support of critical business decisions relating the portfolio.

What you’ll bring…

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial real estate portfolios comprised of a variety of asset classes including office, warehouse and other real estate assets.
• 5+ year of real estate leasing experience (landlord or tenant representation)
• A background in real estate finance or other relevant advanced degree/certification (JD, MBA, CCIM)
• Experience building financial models analyzing real estate transactions

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in
architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management,
engineering, or related area.
