What you'll do...

• Oversee the development and implementation of programs aimed at improving driver experience and satisfaction.

• Manage communication channels to ensure drivers are well-informed and engaged.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address driver concerns and improve operational efficiency.

• Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of initiatives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with drivers, acting as a liaison between drivers and management.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

• Lead efforts to create a sense of belonging and community among drivers.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to driver experience and communication.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
