Job Summary...

The Senior Manager, Program Management - Payroll will lead efforts in our Center of Excellence while partnering with other COEs, People Partners, Product Teams, and global segments. Your role will involve implementing our best-in-class COE model and 4-in-the-box ways of working to deliver on OKRs and ensure compliance with company policies. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to enhance processes across our operations.

We're seeking a strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and plan strategically, tolerate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and actively listen.

Responsible for the strategy and vision for Payroll COE including how it comes to life in Me@ by collaborating and building effective cross-functional partnerships with other COEs, Product, global segments and People Partners to understand their wants/needs and ensure that it aligns with company goals and big bets to deliver on OKRs to associates and people partners.

What you’ll do…

  • Develop and implement the strategy and vision for Payroll: The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive strategy for Payroll, including collaborating with other COEs, Product, Global Segments, and People Partners to align with company goals and deliver on OKRs.
  • Improve processes and compliance: The Senior Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws related to payroll. They will also work to improve processes and streamline operations across the space, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate and build effective partnerships: The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to build cross-functional partnerships with other COEs, Product, global segments, and People Partners. The Senior Manager will work closely with these stakeholders to understand their wants and needs, aligning payroll with their goals and priorities.
  • Influence and manage stakeholders: The Senior Manager will have the responsibility of managing and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the organization. They will need to effectively communicate the strategy and vision for Payroll, gaining buy-in and support from key stakeholders.
  • Program management: The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the program related to Payroll. This includes identifying problems, finding innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
