What you’ll do: 

  • Serve as the go-to authority for creating, maintaining, and verifying accuracy of domestic and import item numbers, cost, retail, and item attributes. Provide guidance, education, and feedback to stakeholders on item creation, maintenance, and process improvements. 

  • Create daily and weekly inventory reports, resolve distribution problems, communicate overstock information, recommend solutions to eliminate overstocks, monitor item and order creation status, analyze past performance, respond to store calls and system tickets related to inventory issues, and test new systems. 

  • Track merchandise orders for events, promotions, and new stores to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Monitor inventories, review and resolve modular errors, locate delayed merchandise, and collaborate with suppliers and merchandising to resolve issues affecting in-store dates. 

  • Create and execute purchase orders, ensure accuracy of replenishment data, resolve and escalate potential issues, monitor and update distribution information, manage return sheets, stay current on company technologies and processes, communicate order status and issues, and collaborate with stakeholders for effective replenishment and distribution. 

  • Develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing expert advice and guidance, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. 

  • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, determine and carry out necessary processes and practices, monitor progress and results, recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities, and adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. 

 

What you'll bring: 

 

  • Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field OR 1 year’s experience in replenishment, retail, or related area. 

  • Experience with Excel 

  • Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; works collaboratively to achieve objectives; communicates with impact and listens attentively to a range of audiences 

  • Maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance 

  • Deliver results while putting the customer/member first and applying an omni-merchant mindset and acts with an Every Day Low Cost mindset to drive value and Every Day Low Prices for customers/members. 

  • Adopt a broad perspective that considers data, analytics, customer/member insights, and different parts of the business when making plans. 

  • Implement and support continuous improvements and willingly embrace new digital tools and ways of working.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
