What you'll do...

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Creator Operations, who will be responsible for developing Walmart Creator’s operations, brand safety and creator care strategy. This role will include leading platform operations, analyzing data insights, developing data processes, optimizing our brand safety strategy, team management, and more! You’ll be driving a Creator-centric culture ensuring the highest level of service and support across all touchpoints. 

  

You’ll work closely with our business, product, tech, and cross-functional teams to foster and manage our creator relationships and influence the development of multiple platforms. You will work on one of the most entrepreneurial marketing roles at Walmart, expanding our creator ecosystem and solidifying our position as a leader in the content-to-commerce space. 

  

  

   

You will make an impact by 

Drive business operations for creator channel, inclusive of iterative strategy & framework, full funnel P/L management, budget management, financial reporting and activation. 

Lead, mentor, & partner closely with a team of dedicated operations leads, setting high standards brand safety, customer care, and operational excellence. 

Own strategy surrounding brand safety, creator comms, and Walmart Creator operations with the intent of providing end-to-end white glove service for Creators. Establish and track against KPIs. Accurately forecast economics of creator efforts, maximizing chance of success and minimizing risk to the business. 

Work closely with product team to understand product roadmap and create comprehensive business plans that align with product launches and updates. Lead GTM strategy for all feature launches to ensure positive creator adoption.  

Lead integration and development of internal measurement models, dashboards and programs 

Forecast economics of creator efforts, refining roadmaps based on a measurement framework and minimizing risk to the business. 

Proactively identify potential issues and risks to brand reputation and/or platforms, and develop and implement preventative measures. 

Determine Creator care success benchmarks and establish methods of measurement and tracking. 

Manage vendor relationships through negotiating contracts, managing performance, metrics and identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth. 

Partner closely with project manager managing timelines across teams and leaders and communicating to counterparts. 

Leverage data, insights and measurement to constantly optimize, as well as socialize and advocate insights and broader strategy internally to stakeholders and leadership. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis and communicate immediate business growth opportunities to relevant stakeholders. 

  

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have: 

Technical Experience working with Product teams

A strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, and driving collaborative success 

Minimum 3 years supervisory experience  

Minimum 8+ years of work experience in a related area (e.g. Influencer Marketing/Advertising/Digital, Operations, Business Development or e-Commerce and retail) 

Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within client organizations, particularly across media, retail, and/or e-commerce. 

Effective communication skills – you’re equally comfortable hopping on the phone with a new potential partner, meeting them in person, or following up (with a “make things happen” attitude) 

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with eye towards building new processes and frameworks that enable efficiency and scalability 

Builder mentality, ability to build programs from the ground up and self-start with little direction. Forward-thinking and skilled at building proactive strategic frameworks.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
