What you'll do...

This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or as necessary.

What you will do…

  • Manages internal business relationships beyond the seller onboarding remit. Oversees one or more cross-functional partnerships designed to facilitate success for broader Incubation Account Management team
  • Analyzes data from multiple sources and presents recommendations to vendors on trends and opportunities.
  • Identifies, navigates, and manages seller onboarding needs with solutions (for example, APIs, third-party tools, other internal or external solutions).
  • Communicates formally and informally with assigned client accounts and advises on incremental service opportunities that drive customer value.
  • Provides in-depth education to their customers and makes complex processes easy to understand.
  • Maintains a top-tier level of understanding of all WFS products/services.
  • Identifies and solves technical and operational problems. Understands and recognizes the broader impact across the organization and seller population.
  • Owns and manages the onboarding process for the largest customers, from pre-sales through successful onboarding processes.
  • Educates vendors on tools, policies, processes, and relevant growth opportunities.
  • Engages multiple stakeholders to problem solve, surface defects, extract and analyze data, and drive continuous improvement for assigned vendors.
  • Develops content and enablement resources for customers to use for training/education and to help accelerate product adoption.
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
  • Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
