We are looking for a talented and experienced Group Director, Walmart+ Benefits and Retention to define and shape a clear long-term vision and roadmap for the Walmart+ membership and keep members engaged and active in the program. The ideal candidate has proven experience in leading large teams and driving change in matrixed organizations, combining a member-first mindset with a bias for action to drive results for our members and for the business.

The Walmart+ Value Proposition team is responsible for driving membership growth by expanding the Walmart+ offering through the development and optimization of member benefits and exclusive offers.
What you’ll do
- Provide strategic leadership and direction: Serve as a thought leader and key contributor to overall Walmart+ membership roadmap. Own the development and evolution of the value proposition roadmap including Walmart-led and third-party partner benefit strategy, and measure outcomes to ensure desired business results. Offer unique insights based on a deep understanding of the Walmart broader business, the competitive market, membership trends and translates those insights to lead and influence change at strategic, tactical, team, and individual levels across the organization.
- Develop new growth strategies and lead priority initiatives: Identify new paths for membership growth and leads large-scale/organization-wide problem-solving efforts using a broad and deep understanding of the business environment and enterprise priorities.
- Manage financial performance: Oversee financials to ensure profitable outcome over long term as it relates to member income and benefit cost equation.
- Build and develop a high-performing team: Create a discipline and focus around developing talent, builds the talent pipeline, fosters an environment allowing everyone to bring their best selves to work, empowers associates and partners to act in the best interest of the customer and company, and regularly recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, economics or related field OR 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
- 8+ years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering Operations, or related area and 10+ years’ experience as a Business GM, Product Manager, working on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products
- 12+ years of experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience driving growth for loyalty/membership/subscription programs
- History of delivering digital-first experiences through strong collaboration with product, technology and marketing partners

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
