This role will be based out of our home office location in Bentonville, Arkansas. Please note that this position will not sponsor relocation, and candidates must be willing to work on-site. As a key player in this role, you'll take full ownership of the Supplier – Replenishment – Merchant relationship for a dynamic portfolio of items, driving industry-leading On Time, In Full (OTIF) performance! Your expertise in supply networks and understanding upstream constraints will be crucial to ensure that orders are generated and executed flawlessly.

You’ll be the go-to problem solver, identifying the root causes of inventory supply issues and implementing effective, operationally efficient solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders will ensure supply issues are addressed promptly, and you'll play a key role in managing "get well" dates.

Collaborating with suppliers on various planning horizons, you’ll maximize sales and exceed Member expectations by ensuring timely and accurate product delivery, especially during critical in-club events like seasonal sets and planogram launches.

Each day, you'll be tackling replenishment exceptions, addressing challenges that directly impact Clubs and Members, and ensuring that the supply chain is running smoothly, efficiently, and in support of Sam’s Club's goals.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if: 

• You understand and can enhance processes in the end-to-end retail supply chain 
• You have a track record of improving OTIF 
• You have experience with Data Analytics (nice to have)
• You’re Member-centric in spirit and in execution  
• You’re comfortable influencing others, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly 
• Are a great all-rounder and can coordinate across Merchandising and the overall supply chain 
• You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working  
• You can quickly synthesize large amounts of data into insights and recommendations to drive the business

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
