The Internship

Held over an 11-week period during the summer of 2025 for undergrad students graduating between December 2025 and August 2026. The paid internship will prepare associates for a career with Walmart Marketplace. Work on a meaningful project, network with industry experts, and develop your skills while having an epic summer!

As part of the Marketplace Product Emergency Response (ER) team, you will work with our product teams to improve the seller experience on our multi-market platform.  You should be skilled at engaging and communicating with business professionals across multiple domains, and will gain experience working closely with product management, engineering and business teams.  This position leverages exceptional problem-solving, analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation date between December 2025-August 2026 
• 0-1 years of full-time relevant experience  
• Passion for solving problems leveraging data and technology
• Interest in eCommerce
• Collaboration-first working style
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time-management skills

Preferred Majors: 

• Computer Science
• Information Sciences 

Office Environment: 

Corporate, in-person internship

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*

‎ 

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
