What you'll do...

As a Senior Manager in Operations Initiative Intake/Testing, you will partner with initiative owners and business partners to determine the effectiveness of a new initiative.

You will be in charge of testing strategy, measurement of execution and initiative success, and make recommendations to senior leadership to scale the initiative or continue iteration.

What you'll do:

This role is part of the Test, Deploy, Optimize Team and reports to the Director, Deployment and Implementation. This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and can anticipate travel ~5% of the time.  This Senior Manager will be an individual contributor with significant cross functional management and accompanying opportunity for growth, development, and leadership.

The Intake and Activate team determines testing strategy and measurements to solve the most challenging and impactful problems for Walmart's associates and customers. We work with our store, transformation and business partners to test/launch tools and experiences for Walmart stores.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
