Walmart Data Ventures is focused on productizing Walmart’s rich data assets to better serve customers and provide data products that deliver actionable, customer-centric insights to help merchants and brands make better business decisions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst - Learning and Development to join our team. As a key member of the Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to determine needs, adapt to changing demands, model compliance with company policies, and utilize the Open Door Policy to address concerns. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business needs. 

This position requires you to work on multiple priorities and liaison with various stakeholders to ensure our programs run seamlessly.  

What you’ll do...

As a Senior Analyst- Learning and Development, you will manage learning activities by updating training documentation, complex systems and processes, and programs. You will utilize learning systems to monitor, track, and report learning activities, incorporate client feedback and performance metric results, and share content improvements with senior management. Additionally, you will assist in various activities as our products are released internationally.

You will work closely with various teams such as various product groups, international groups, and legal teams to ensure the timely delivery of our programs and collaborate with vendor partners for various learning operations. You will also develop facilitators and team members by providing feedback to enhance facilitation skills, assessing the team's performance in sessions facilitated, making recommendations for additional training, and coaching, mentoring, and developing other associates with or without managerial supervision based on requirements by management. 

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. You will apply best practices to expertly copyedit and maintain supporting materials to meet customer and business needs and build commitment for perspectives and rationales. 

As a Senior Analyst- Learning and Development, you are responsible for providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, supporting business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. You will model compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans, using the Open Door Policy, and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices. 

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you’re:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, while adhering to deadlines. 
  • Concurrently managing multiple relationships expeditiously and efficiently. 
  • A self-starter with a very keen eye for detail and impeccable copyedit.
  • Highly collaborative and able to maintain partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to adapt quickly in an often ambiguous and fluid environment.
  • Adept at learning new digital tools and solutions swiftly.
  • Have a working knowledge of API documentation (OpenAPI a plus).
  • Comfortable collecting, organizing, analyzing, and/or creating visualizations of data, to support operational decision-making, strategic planning, process improvement, and other initiatives.
  • Experienced in scriptwriting, creating multimedia content, instructional design, and/or operational knowledge of LMS/CMS systems a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
