As a part of Walmart Connect, you’ll build industry-defining ad platforms that enable suppliers and sellers to connect meaningfully with shoppers, through high performing advertising that leverages Walmart’s massive omni-channel data.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be leading a team of talented PMMs and will be responsible for enabling go-to-market strategy and processes for the entire PMM team. You and your team will oversee a growing suite of advertising products focusing on adoption strategies and delivering market intelligence.
You and your team will be owning and responsible for ensuring the Product Marketing team can scale effectively to support the growth and adoption of Walmart Connect’s offerings. From refining processes like go-to-market, product strategy, product readiness, adoption funnel to building scalable tools and systems.
As the lead of a team, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, managing, and developing a team of high performing PMMs.
Experience in the advertising tech industry is crucial, with broad knowledge of search, display, social and measurement a plus.
The ideal candidate for this role is a strong writer and communicator with a track record of working with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, training, operations).

Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product marketing
5+ years of experience in the Online Advertising Industry
2+ years in team management or leadership role
A solid understanding of advertising technologies
Proven ability to form relationships and lead cross functional teams
Embrace working in a fast paced continually evolving environment
Exceptional communication skills in both writing and presentation
Analytical and data-driven
Structured and a strategic thinker
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
