Position Summary...
What you'll do...

What you’ll do:
Develop strategies and business cases to automate the handoffs between digital programs managing Facilities Assets from cradle to grave
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to map and improve Facilities Asset digitization processes and reconciliation from design, to sourcing, to installation, to network on-boarding, to data validation
Facilitate automated upkeep and maintenance of digital twins through planned projects and reactive replacements
Streamline digital processes to allow Walmart’s enterprise asset management platform to be asset agnostic, format agnostic, and market agnostic
What you’ll bring:
You are knowledgeable in commercial deli, commercial kitchen, and hot case operations
You are knowledgeable in overhead doors, automatic sliding doors, and other entry ways into commercial buildings
You have familiarity with other common equipment used in commercial buildings and grocery buildings, such as refrigeration systems or material handling systems
You have an understanding of mechanical construction and capital asset replacement of networked facilities assets
You possess strong project management skills with the ability drive solutions and deliver objectives
You have strong communication and presentation skills
You are data driven, detail oriented, and have the ability to identify opportunities and build business cases through data trend analysis whereby following through with the creation of positive change and measuring outcomes to prove success or failure.
You’re able to drive the execution of multiple complex projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous improvement.
You can lead through influence and are comfortable developing relationships across multiple platforms.
You’re comfortable in a dynamic, team-based work environment, and are self-motivated to exceed expectations.
Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related area
Nice to have: 6- 8 years of relevant experience (for example: retail merchandising, operations management, or related area)

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
