About the Role
Are you passionate about driving success in retail partnerships and optimizing performance? As a Sr. Partnership Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing trends, managing relationships, and executing strategic initiatives that support business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners to enhance operations, resolve challenges, and identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Strategic Insights
Generate reports and analyze trends to support managers in optimizing retail partnerships.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess performance against business goals.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on pricing, sales, and operational data.
Account Strategy & Business Solutions
Contribute to the development of account strategies for sub-categories by analyzing key data points.
Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Adapt to evolving business needs, organizational changes, and competitive market dynamics.
Retail Partner & Relationship Management
Serve as a key point of contact for retail partners, addressing WFS related inquiries
Work closely with distributors, brands, and retail partners to resolve escalated issues and strengthen relationships.
Enhance the partner experience by providing self-service resources, such as FAQs, instructional videos, and webinars.
Performance Optimization & Collaboration
Assist in the development and execution of action plans to improve partnership performance.
Work closely with internal teams to address partner needs and resolve challenges.
Leadership & People Development
Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges and drive business success.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
