Be a part of a transformative team that is developing pricing strategies, building tools to set our omni prices, and implementing technology at scale to improve the overall pricing experience. This function is critical to protecting our “Save Money, Live Better” promise, operating at low cost, and helping customers make informed purchase decisions.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution for one of the key areas in our Merchandising Pricing systems. As a key member of the product organization, you will take ownership of product initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data-driven insights to build scalable and innovative pricing solutions. You will work closely with engineering, data science, merchandising, and operations teams to develop features that optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to define key business challenges related to pricing, promotions, and markdowns, translating them into actionable product solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our pricing systems remain innovative and effective.

Product Development & Delivery:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery.
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and execute product initiatives, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for key features.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with merchandising, pricing, and operations teams to gather insights and ensure product solutions address their needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring the product delivers meaningful value.

Performance & Insights:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and optimization opportunities.
  • Regularly communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
