What you'll do...

Job Summary

                This position will be focused on structural packaging defects, industry packaging standards, and packaging automation.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in package testing and industry standards.

What you’ll do:

• Work with Automation Engineering and Operations to determine valid packaging defects
• Work with Suppliers to develop both long term and short term strategies to eliminate packaging defects
• Develop packaging standards to better equip supplier packaging to perform through the Walmart Supply Chain
• Present metrics on packaging improvements to leadership teams
• Work with Merchants to influence new supplier packaging initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years packaging experience
• Effective Communication Skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment
• Bachelors of Packaging, or related Engineering Degree

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English , or related field and 4 years’ experience in marketing, branding, packaging, retail, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in marketing, branding, packaging, retail, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
