What you'll do...
Sr. Manager, Operations WFS - This role will report to the Director, Operations within the WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) Business Operations Organization. Primary responsibilities in this leadership role will include a focus on Outbound operations, process improvement, and standard work across the WFS Fulfillment centers. This position will work with operations teams and leaders in the Fulfillment Centers as well as leaders within WFS. This role will be a key interface between Fulfillment Centers, Product Developers, Account Managers, Seller Support, Partner Support, Transportation Partners, Business Operations, and Leaders throughout Walmart.
This role will be central to the success of operations in the WFS business and will own daily performance of WFS operations and processes; to include problem deep dives, data collection and reporting, process improvement, and the further development of tracking and meeting performance measures.
**This role may require 30% travel

- Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal; with ability to communicate / present, also ability to express complex technical topics clearly & easily.
- You’re a data driven, operations minded person with a desire to build partnerships across multiple channels and levels of leadership to drive process improvement.
- You are familiar with Fulfillment Center Operations.
- You are experienced with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
- You love to jump in, determine next steps, and execute improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

- Understanding, reporting, and improving Daily Operational performance – Improve and standardize operational metrics to help the Fulfillment centers service our customers and sellers with speed and accuracy…while removing cost and inefficiencies.
- Build the tools for WFS Operations – In collaboration with business analysts, build and develop measures and tools to monitor operations through advanced excel, basic level SQL, and tableau applications.
- Understand the challenges and discover opportunities within Operation to focus efforts for improvement through standard work, program enhancements, and system updates.
- Plan for future WFS growth – look around the corner and help WFS continue to grow in new technologies, applications, and areas of business. Reach new customers faster, attract new sellers with top selling items, and innovate to help expand operational excellence.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
