Join our Global Procurement team to become a key partner supporting indirect supplies sourced for our stores, clubs, supply chain, and home office locations.  The Director, Global Sourcing for supplies will lead the global sourcing team that manages all operational and merchandise related supplies and services and will work closely with our suppliers to meet the needs of operations, merchandising and facilities.  The Director will be responsible for developing sourcing and category strategies to support these functions while driving value back to the business through cost savings actions.

This associate is expected to apply their sourcing knowledge and experience to drive value back to the business through robust sourcing actions.  The strong candidate will be capable of clear and effective communication and should be able to lead up and across in addition to leading their team.  With extraordinary pressures on the supply chain, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage through resource constraints and assure continuity of supply in a complex business.  This associate will ensure compliance with company policies and support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity with our associates and supplier partners.

As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate., Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 6 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field. Option 2: 8 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 5 years' experience leading cross-functional teams/projects.
