JoyRun is a food delivery app recently acquired by Walmart! JoyRun rewards your community for ordering from local restaurants they love.

The Role:

With the support of one of the largest companies in the world, we are looking for a tenacious self-starter who is interested in becoming a part of growing a proven product on a national scale. JoyRun is looking for a Market Operations Manager (MOM) to help with the critical task of managing all aspects of our market operations. Whether it is ensuring our customers have the best experience on the platform to executing incentive programs for our driver network, your goal is to make the system work smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to Customer Success escalations and issues that may arise throughout the day.
• Managing the Spark Driver Community with special programming, constant communication, and community building.
• Building and executing Driver incentives programs to ensure a healthy marketplace experience.
• Executing various marketing initiatives in coordination with Head of Growth.
• Troubleshooting technical issues that may arise with Customers and Drivers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Generalized experience with apps and smartphones..

This role will require roughly 35 hours a week availability and willingness to travel.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in eCommerce, retail operations, or related field.
2 years’ experience in SQL, Python, or Looker
