What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Site Merchandising- Site Quality Programs will aim to build member trust and loyalty by driving programs that focus on improving quality perception of our products and site experience on This role will be responsible for managing member feedback and will work across many internal and external business partners including but not limited to, 3rd party vendors, tech product management, merchandising and analytics, to innovate and optimize such programs.  Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the prowess in developing and executing strategies, is highly analytical, and can help drive organizational change, developing SOPs and/or improving existing ones.

What you'll do

  • Drive programs that focus on site quality such as Ratings & Review with Bazaarvoice, reviewing member feedback from Opinionlab Surveys, and conducting and supporting User Acceptance Testing initiatives

  • Establish standards, procedures, and best practices that aim to reduce negative feedback, shopping friction points, and overall optimize the member’s shopping journey

  • Define improvements and partner with experts to enhance reporting that highlight opportunities for various business areas, improve data quality, collaborate and provide support for stakeholders (i.e. merchants) to successfully execute action plans to resolve member concerns

  • Manage business KPIs including NPS to ensure optimal performance, evaluate practicality of enhancements and ongoing effectiveness of SOPs

  • Create User Acceptance Testing scripts or playbooks, get support from various subject matter experts to get business sign-off on website features and ensure issues are documented and addressed before any launch

  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in digital trends and competitor innovations and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of site management.

  • Prioritize complex workload; communicate clear timelines, status updates and requirements to internal partners at all levels, including leadership

  • Ensure business goals are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of plans and programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 2+ years’ experience in program or project management in a retail or consumer-web company

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy in consumer-facing businesses (preferably retail, consumer goods, consumer technology, and/or consulting)

  • Some technical fluency; able to understand, discuss concepts with technical team and articulate business requirements for innovation projects requiring tech help

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field and 3 years' experience in merchandising, eCommerce, user experience or related field OR 5 years' experience in merchandising, eCommerce, user experience or related field. 2 - 4 years' management experience leading teams.
