What you'll do at

Serves as a member of the eDiscovery and Information Governance team that supports the Global Investigations, Legal Investigations (LI), and Litigation departments through execution of electronically store information (ESI) program policies, procedures, systems, and operations. Provides end-to-end eDiscovery consultative services to support the entire EDRM, including advising on approaches for scoping and the development of review workflow protocols. Experience and/or certification in legal technology tools used for data collection, processing, and review. Ability to perform technical troubleshooting within these tools to resolve any questions or errors within the data set. Executes advanced unstructured data analytics (for example, conceptual searches, categorization, machine learning algorithms). Experience with advanced technology assisted review (TAR) and unstructured data analytics across large volumes of data to identify relevant information or otherwise meet case objectives. Develops internal and external relationships by interacting and consulting with investigators, attorneys, forensic examiners, and external vendors to support cases of varying complexity, volume, and risk; interfacing with and producing data to external regulators or government law enforcement entities. Tracks and reports data level and case level metrics to measure case performance and outcomes. Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
