Senior Manager II, Change Management


The People Technology Change, Training and Communications team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise.  We gather user insights that lead to system enhancements to continuously improve the user experience.  We also deliver helpful materials and digital updates to help managers and associates learn to use new tools, so they can focus on what matters most - supporting our customers and members.


The Senior Manager II, Change Management will work with key stakeholders inside and outside of People Tech to ensure awareness of tech programs and initiatives, leadership support, and user adoption.  In this role you will leverage a variety of change management and communication skills to help managers and associates adopt new tools, and to understand ways to improve their user experience.  By relentlessly focusing on the end user, you will utilize existing channels and create new ones to provide timely and compelling updates to keep tech users aware, engaged, and excited about the work we’re doing.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

  • You have a background in change management and/or communications
  • You are skilled in graphic design and using imagery to tell a compelling story
  • You enjoy creating web pages to connect with your audience and share information
  • You can take a large amount of complex information and distill it down into a message that’s easy to follow for leaders, managers, and associates across the company
  • You have a social media mindset and know how to leverage different digital channels to build awareness, momentum, and excitement
  • You have experience creating high-quality videos to drive awareness and engagement
  • You are a Power Point expert, and create amazing presentations
  • You have a strong executive presence and are comfortable working directly with senior leaders
  • You enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment with new challenges every day

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of projects and deliverables across a variety of areas within People Tech
  • Developing a strategy for leveraging the different communication channels across the company, and identifying new ways to share messaging with end users
  • Using a digital skillset to enhance existing communication practices
  • Partnering with senior leadership to execute communications within People Tech to build a cohesive and connected organizational culture
  • Frequently switching gears between design thinking and rapid execution

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years’ experience in communications, human resources, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in communications, human resources, or related area.
