What you'll do at

Manages the execution of supply chain projects from concept to implementation by managing timeline and project deliverables; developing relationships with stakeholders; gathering input and support; communicating recommendations and impact to stakeholders; measuring and reporting impact of changes after implementation; and providing data and financial analysis on projects. Conducts supply chain analysis by conducting research and data analysis; completing financial analyses that capture supply chain impact; assimilating knowledge from business segments to model costs; capturing risks with options and detailing cost benefit relationships; and measuring financial impact of process changes after implementation to validate expected performance standards. Identifies process improvement opportunities by mapping data flow and business processes in order to identify areas for improvement; meeting with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new methods and approaches; and identifying process changes that will reduce lead-time and reduce cost from the supply chain. Develops and implements small to medium size supply chain models by using various applications to improve associate efficiencies and to gather, maintain, and manipulate data sets for quantitative business analysis; and creating charts, mapping tools, and trend analysis to analyze data and make recommendations. Provides training, education, and support by assisting other teams in the Transportation and Logistics Division with analysis and problem solving; providing data and summary reports to meet business needs; and attending supply-chain conferences and training opportunities.
