Walmart InHome delivers fresh groceries from your local store directly to your kitchen or garage fridge. We launched fall 2019 to over 1 million customers in Kansas City, Pittsburgh and Vero Beach, with plans to expand to even more markets in 2021. We are a scrappy and entrepreneurial team with access to the resources of the world's largest retailer. We're building cutting edge technology from our lab in Greenpoint, NY and our journey has just begun. 

InHome is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to own the 360 degree program management of our strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be charged with ownership of the marketing calendar -- collaborating with the marketing channel managers and cross functional partners, the Marketing Operations Manager will ensure seamless execution of campaigns with clear communication across the entire InHome team (from marketing to product to operations to leadership). This role will also lead communication and coordination for InHome to the broader Walmart marketing organization, ensuring InHome is represented in company-wide presentations and initiatives. You should have extensive experience with project management and cross-functional communication. This is a high-visibility role, excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills are a must.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the marketing calendar, working across the marketing, product, and creative teams, along with external agencies, to ensure a cohesive strategy and on-time deliverables.
  • Create strategic project plans and operational processes around complex and large-scale marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive content development across all channels
  • Own the inter-team and company-wide communication of marketing strategies and plans, results and learnings, and relevant industry trends

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years experience in marketing or creative operations
  • A track of record of building, managing and optimizing large-scale multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Painstaking attention to details, you love to color code your to-do lists and nothing feels better to you than looking at chaos and making a plan to create order
  • Impeccable communications skills – you lead with empathy and clarity, ensuring cross-functional, agency, or organizational counterparts are heard and understood and that you (as a proxy for InHome) are as well
  • Be a team player who loves to get their hands dirty and learn as much and as quickly as possible

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 1 years’ experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field
OR 3 years' experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field.
2 years' experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
