What you'll do at

This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Essential Functions An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Manage a large portfolio of projects through their life-cycle phases to successful completion and ensure timely execution of plans by working in partnership with multiple stakeholders. Develop overall project/program roadmaps and overall project/program schedules; identify and manage critical path, cross- functional dependencies; collecting and analyzing project metrics to manage initiatives and drive accountability for the accomplishment of overall project objectives; develop and execute plans for managing risk; and escalate and communicate program related issues to appropriate levels of management. Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful reports, KPI, and executive dashboards. Work with Compliance Subject Matters Experts team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business. Assesses opportunities and determines strategy and approach for the Compliance Program. Develop and maintain key relationships to promote and build support for compliance initiatives; share best practices across markets; manage projects from concept to implementation to achieve desired results Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. TravelTraveling is necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position. Travels internationally to and from multiple facilities or work-sites requiring extended overnight stays. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Bachelor’s degree 5+ years relevant experience in business operations, tech, consulting, compliance, finance, operations management, or similar fields. Demonstrated experience in solving problems cross-functionally to lead teams toward a shared goal. Proficient in advanced Excel, and/or other data visualization tools to deep dive into data, identify and quantify opportunities, and design sustainable improvements and solutions; proficiency in SQL and other analytical tools a plus Polished communication skills and comfort working with internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvement projects from start to finish in a resource-constrained environment A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment This Experience Will Be a Plus: Experience in strategy and operations in a fast growth and/or ecommerce environment Intellectually curious. Strategic and creative problem-solver who loves to tackle complex challenges Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment Strong general business knowledge base Additional Job Description Manages compliance and ethics improvement by conducting assessments and audits; supporting the development of plans to correct deficiencies; ensuring timely execution of plans; preparing reports and presentations; ensuring sensitive data is protected; communicating risks and advising operators in the development and communication of plans to mitigate or eliminate risks; identifying action items in response to store and market gaps; obtaining operational support of initiatives; leading investigations; escalating issues with compliance and ethics implications; anticipating and developing market strategies to respond to risks; and aligning company compliance and ethics strategy with market and facility needs. Manages compliance and ethics programs and reviews by identifying industry best practices and incorporating them into compliance and ethics programs; managing the implementation and maintenance of compliance and ethics programs; conducting reviews; providing feedback and training of identified errors; escalating on-going performance concerns to leadership; and ensuring implementation of compliance and ethics programs. Conducts compliance and ethics training and education by monitoring the training strategy; analyzing data to determine trends or areas of opportunity; identifying and monitoring the execution of best practices; conducting and facilitating ongoing market or facility level training; ensuring trainers are properly trained; and providing expertise for the development and implementation of compliance and ethics education. Implements strategies and programs to mitigate risk by; building relationships with internal business partners to better understand their business practices; sharing best practices across markets; identifying and designing organizational specific ethics strategies; and managing projects from concept to implementation to achieve desired results.
