Learning & Development, Manager II – Technology Lead

  • You have hands-on experience implementing and maintaining a LMS (Learning Management System) like Docebo or Litmos
  • You have experience with wireframing and HTML coding

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Resolving system issues by providing continuous technical support; troubleshooting systems issues; developing solutions to eliminate failure points and improve system up time; collaborating with stakeholders to determine root cause of systems issues; and communicating systems issues and resolutions to senior leadership.
  • Measuring and analyzing system performance; identifying inconsistencies and deficiencies; reporting inconsistencies and deficiencies to senior leadership; working with facilitators to resolve inconsistencies and deficiencies in learning
  • Managing learning content in our LMS by auditing existing learning materials; adapting content to changing learner needs; aligning content with business goals and initiatives; maintaining consistency through quality control measures; and providing project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Managing change initiatives from concept to implementation by managing technology solutions; recommending technical and conceptual ideas to establish understanding and acceptance of technology solutions; assessing readiness of technology solutions.
  • Designing and developing tracking tools, reports, and surveys that improve business efficiency via our LMS.
  • Implementing technical standards and governance for new tech-related projects.
  • Developing extended learning support services which operations can opt-into for agents who are struggling in production.
  • Building strategic relationships: Build internal partnerships and support your business partner’s goals.
  • Operating with excellence. Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

Responsibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in technology, system management and integration, process design, learning & development or related area OR 4 years’ experience in technology, system management and integration, process design, learning & development or related area.

L&D provides training and support to our Walmart Marketplace Seller Support team. The Seller Support team provides customer service and technical troubleshooting support to our sellers who are selling their products on Walmart’s online store platform.  The work we do in Seller Support to resolve seller inquiries enables our sellers to focus on fulfilling customer orders and growing their business; thus, continuing to provide a vast assortment of products available online to our Walmart customers.
