Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Serve as a member eDiscovery team that supports the Global Investigations (GI), Legal Investigations (LI), and the Litigation Departments (LD) with case workflows and execution of electronically stored information (ESI) policies, protocols, procedures, systems, and operations.

Provide consultative services to support the entire EDRM, including advising on approaches for ESI scoping and the development of review strategies.

Develop internal and external relationships by working directly with investigators, attorneys, forensic examiners, and external vendors around the globe to support cases of varying complexity, volume, and risk.

Experience and/or certification in legal technology tools used for data collection, processing, and review.

Execute advanced unstructured data analytics (for example, conceptual searches, categorization, machine learning algorithms) and efficient review workflows.

Track and report on metrics to measure case performance, turnaround times, and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree AND 3 years’ experience in legal services or related area

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field

Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel

3 years’ experience with eDiscovery industry tools (for example, Relativity/RelativityOne, Nuix, iPro, Brainspace, EnCase). Ability to perform technical troubleshooting within these tools to resolve any questions or errors within the data set. Ability to manage and measure technology assisted review (TAR), advanced analytics, and machine learning workflows within these tools.

Relevant industry certifications, including but not limited to:

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential

Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Option 3: 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science,
statistics, or related field.
