What you’ll do…

  • Drives Asset Protection: Shrink and Safety results across the facilities by evaluating programs and collaborating with other business partners and leaders to reduce overall financial impact and increase profitability.
  • Promotes and supports initiatives focused towards enhancing member experience while balancing risk protection.
  • Develops and manages investigations including, fraud, compliance, theft, ethics, safety, drug allegations, workplace violence, and threat assessment analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Management or related field and 2 years of experience managing cross-functional programs or salaried associates, with proven experience in end-customer focused solutions and business/financial acumen OR 4 years of experience managing cross-functional programs or salaried associates.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-unit management experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in Asset Protection or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree
