Job Description

The Director, Specialty Compliance & Ethics – Training and Awareness – Governance and Effectiveness will work closely with the Senior Director, Global Training & Awareness to oversee all elements of the Program and to drive effectiveness and efficiency.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Collaborating with Market Training & Awareness associates and global subject matter experts to execute a best-in-class Ethics & Compliance Training & Awareness program

  • Implementing processes and procedures for measuring the effectiveness of training programs and courses

  • Ensure that the global program exceeds the requirements of legal and regulatory authorities

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining the global program foundational documents, including the Global Program Guide, Global Procedures, Global Standards, and Annual Program Requirements

  • You have proven success designing, developing, and optimizing global compliance training programs

  • You have superior writing and communication skills

  • You have proven experience working with executive-level stakeholders to drive program effectiveness and efficiency

  • You have a vision for assessing and measuring training effectiveness

  • You have experience working in corporate ethics and compliance programs or have compliance-related credentials

  • You have a proven record of managing cross-functional projects with excellence, on time, and within budget

  • You’re driven to execute and to act quickly

  • You have a customer- and associate-focused mindset
