What you'll do...

Conducts data analysis to drive business decisions by understanding business requirements and requests; determining needed data based on business requests; gathering data from internal and external sources; researching and evaluating environmental factors (for example, competition, customer needs, frequency) that could affect business outcomes; synthesizing data to ensure it is telling a consistent story; analyzing business trends; predicting future trends and their impact to the business; identifying potential business opportunities based on analysis and findings (for example, correlations, clustering); and recommending solutions and future strategies based on findings. Providing guidance on business processes and strategies by analyzing and mining data to identify areas of opportunities and gaps; interpreting results to provide localized data for specific business needs; benchmarking with key leaders to determine best practices; identifying innovative approaches to solve business issues; providing data to support business cases; defining and tracking performance metrics; supporting recommendations to cross-functional teams regarding gaps and solutions; and supporting the implementation of solutions. Supports process implementation and standardization by partnering with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency; staying up-to-date on applicable federal and state laws and regulations; informing and guiding stakeholders on the implications of applicable laws; drafting and managing best practices documentation; communicating key information to support process improvements and process automation; and teaching others new and revised processes. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field preferred
