What you'll do...

In search of an exceptional leader to lead Strategic Planning and Operations in support of all functions within US Marketing.

·Directs initiatives by evaluating current and future business needs and issues, as well as the external market. Ensures they are addressed as part of the marketing strategy while also driving operational excellence
·Develop long-term marketing strategy and roadmap, connecting brand positioning through execution across channels and campaigns
·Develop consumer segment strategies and coordinate across the execution of integrated marketing communications across campaigns and channels
·Collaborate with corporate strategy, insights, and merchandising teams to build holistic strategies for emerging business and segment opportunities
·Socializes strategies and business improvement opportunities with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support
·Establish KPI framework to ensure functional goals and milestones are aligned with the strategy roadmap. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop coordinated objectives and ensure progress against goals
·Collaborate with the media and performance teams in planning, coordinating, and optimizing the messaging and media mix for marketing campaigns using marketing analytics and media mix optimization tools
·Partners with marketing leadership and other stakeholders to drive execution and success of the annual operating plan (AOP). Defines operational success and operating requirements, while responding to changes in both business and marketing performance
·Oversees and ensures fiscal discipline for cross-campaign/cross-business planning, execution, and management of marketing budgets. Reviews return on investment (ROI) trends to ensure effective budget management across the business and make recommendations for improvements
·Coordinate across peers to lead the development of tools and training for Marketing associates
·Leads the operational cadence of the department and develops agendas that tie to critical aspects of the operational plan.

Skills and Competencies:

·Relevant leadership experience in strategy and operations within a consumer facing businesses

·Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or equivalent significant strategy experience preferred
·Promotes a customer focused environment that provides customers with desired products, services, and experiences. Develops and implements initiatives, practices, and plans to capitalize on customer focused growth and improvement opportunities
·Thinks and acts strategically in alignment with enterprise-wide strategies that lead to the achievement of marketing priorities. Pursues initiatives, investments, and opportunities and works through different strategic options and determines their intended and unintended implications and applies to business planning
·Uses objective financial and business analyses to evaluate the returns and risks of business choices. Analyzes and integrates trends and patterns to determine the root causes of issues and identify solutions. Accurately forecasts growth, costs, and business challenges
·Directs development, planning, and execution of projects by leading a team to drive project and business performance. Manages resources to adequately support current and future needs
·Develops and communicates logical, convincing justifications, including lessons learned, that build commitment and support for perspectives and initiatives. Ensures strategies, change initiatives, and competitive information are communicated in clear and compelling ways. Listens to, leverages, and promotes the diverse ideas, perspectives, and contributions of others across the business
·Demonstrates resourcefulness and resilience in the face of change and obstacles.  Easily adapts to competing demands and shifting priorities. Updates knowledge and skills to handle new complexities and responsibilities
·Builds and sustains trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances across functional, organizational, and geographical boundaries to achieve goals

Minimum Qualifications: 7 years’ experience supervising Management Associates OR 5 years’ experience as a Store Manager OR 4 years’ of multi-facility management experience OR 7 years’ supervising managers who have P&L responsibility and make employment decisions Valid driver's license
