What you'll do...
Creates and drives strategies to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce to ensure an inclusive work environment by partnering with
segments, people partners and specialist function's partners to design consistent hiring, retention and talent marketplace strategies as they relate to
diversity initiatives; cascading goals to ensure commitment and accountability across the organization; developing, monitoring and evaluating diversity
and inclusion metrics that are aligned to D&I goals of the specialist functions; driving deeper insights / analytics / hypothesis generation; uncovering
specific enterprise challenges; and establishing and building a high level of expertise in best practices for Diversity and Inclusion by cultivating a
network of highly knowledgeable advisors among industry leaders and keeping updated on current research, practices, and activities in the field.
Leads deployment of diversity strategy and plans by driving the expansion of a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline, enabling equitable hiring &
internal movement practices with shared accountability across the enterprise; providing a continuous D&I lens - internally and externally; across the
full scope of the Talent function including sourcing/hiring, internal movement & talent marketplace; partnering closely with CD&I, ARGs, AAOC,
President's Inclusion Council & LatinX leaders to drive D&I progress within functional area; identifying programs which remove potential barriers and
which impact current associate retention and advancement; and implementing targeted interventions to address D&I Talent challenges based on
Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders across the enterprise on the development of D&I toolkit by leading the development of tools,
resources, and other collateral to enable talent ambassadors across the enterprise to recruit diverse talent; creating education to support diverse
candidate attraction; driving engagement and commitment to recruit diverse talent through storytelling and training; sourcing talent from the top of the
funnel - indirectly guide best practices for identifying/uncovering/capturing diverse talent; partnering across the people leadership team to develop
holistic talent solutions that can be tailored to specific business needs; and managing processes so that they are highly functional and well communicated,
employing change management techniques throughout.
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing
business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting
resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement
opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting,
selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and

business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

Option 2: 7 years’ experience in human resources, business, or related area.
