What you'll do at

Provides support segment expertise to business partners by contributing to the integration of initiative operationalization and support segment frameworks; understanding changes to laws, regulations, and policies for expertise area and contributing to actions plans that address the changes; and providing guidance to ensure the target associate and customer experience is identified and represented throughout the project life-cycle. Leads support for business initiatives by contributing to the development, review, and implementation of solutions that achieve business and associate focused success metrics; gaining buy-in from cross-functional partners and ensuring solutions are sustainable; and providing guidance on implementation and change management strategies and best practices. Leads the alignment of frameworks and strategies to support business initiative implementation by interpreting data to identify business impacts, project needs, and project dependencies; identifying and collaborating on solutions for gaps between business solutions and support segment strategy; and developing and communicating expertise area implementation workstream roadmaps.
