What you'll do...
Communicates analysis to stakeholders by collaborating with internal teams to identify analysis and reporting requirements; compiling and formatting
reports and data for presentation; presenting analytical reports and findings; reviewing data to ensure timely resolution of issues and consistency in
the process; compiling and formatting reports and data for presentation.
Conducts data mining and trend analyses by utilizing multiple internal and external data sources ; analyzing data using basic statistical techniques;
identifying root causes of data trends and developments; developing possible solutions; and recommending solutions to departmental management.
Creates departmental related reports by developing standardized and special reports of ongoing initiatives; identifying trends ; interpreting results for
business partners; and collaborating with management to create report formats and communication products to generate routine updates for
Fulfills requests for information from various requestors by evaluating information requests; gathering information from multiple sources ; ensuring
information is cleared for release; structuring information into meaningful and easy to understand formats; and sending information to the requestor
within applicable deadline.
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers,
and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and
addressing improvement opportunities.
Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding,
and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy;
and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.
Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities;
coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and
modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Homeland Security, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area.
