What you’ll do:

Join the Litigation team to support case managers and leadership advising the Company about legal rights, obligations and risks while developing litigation strategies to respond to legal issues and reduce costs for the Company.  Administrative Assistants for the Litigation department play an important role in mitigating corporate risk by ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and practices, collaborating with cross functional teams.

You’ll make an impact by: 

  • Assisting with electronic, verbal and written communications by answering, directing and transferring calls; reviewing and following-up to ensure resolution of requests, issues and questions; composing and organizing communications at the direction of others.
  • Assisting with planning and coordinating meetings and activities and maintaining calendars for individuals and meeting rooms.
  • Assisting with check requests, expense reports, and travel research and bookings.
  • Receiving, verifying, distributing and submitting document requests and reports; monitoring deadlines; acting as coordinator or liaison for visiting associate and guests.
  • Assisting with data and case management by entering, compiling, organizing and maintaining case data and information in various computer systems.
  • Maintaining security and confidentiality of sensitive information, data and communications.
  • Drafting, proofreading and updating presentations, reports and templates.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if… 

  • You have at least two years’ experience with Microsoft Office
  • You have at least one year of experience providing administrative support
  • You have experience supporting litigation, particularly in the tort practice area
  • You are comfortable with technology and how to leverage tools to improve processes
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • You are process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams
