What you'll do at

Drives engagement and consulting with business partners as a subject matter expert to evaluate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and consumer protection regulations. Lead consulting staff to evaluate risk inherent in new or amended products and services and communicate regulatory requirement to product owner leadership. Communicate required controls and influence business leadership to implement necessary processes. Develops and implements risk based training strategy and plan designed to meet the rigor of regulations by ensuring training strategies are sustainable across business models; developing pertinent metrics to monitor for effectiveness; documenting performance against training strategy; and partnering with Talent Development and business unit leadership to execute training programs Maintain knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements. Evaluate changes and communicate to appropriate business owners and stakeholders Maintain Corporate AML Program, AML Policy and supporting procedures are updated to reflect regulatory requirements and changes with the operating environment Partner with governance team to update risk assessments Coordinate evaluation of requirements with Legal Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
