What you'll do...
Supports Learning & Development projects by managing internal and external team members; maintaining and influencing project schedules and budgets; monitoring project risks and budget; ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations; communicating project strategy as required; and driving milestone objectives. Works with the leadership team to make monthly budget updates and ensures accurate forecast on L&D spending.
Creates standard and ad hoc reports for training completion, Learning & Development funnel / intake requests, and Learning Management System (LMS) user groups; running reports using system tools; analyzing issues and issue volume; identifying trends and potential solutions for issues across business units; analyzing root causes and resolution process; and providing feedback on trends or improvements to key stakeholders.
Maintains documentation of all issues by following archival or destruction policy for each document; developing weekly, monthly, and annual archive files; and staying up-to-date with all legal, corporate, and contact center record retention guidelines and policies. Supports the administration for the team OneDrives ensuring accurate permissions are maintained. Additionally audits the OneDrive resources to ensure consistent and accurate use of the folder structure, document naming and storing / archival of documentation.
Manages response to external vendor partners to mitigate risk to the company by identifying and gathering all information relevant to the situation at issue; creating documentation of issues and solutions; submitting documentation to vendor partner agencies; and building relationships with external agency contacts. Ensures compliance and accuracy of vendor partner submissions for the Learning Management System.
Supports different departments by identifying, collecting, validating, and formatting data; identifying and escalating risks and concerns; summarizing data for reports and presentations; creating and maintaining reports, reporting tools, and templates; and maintaining information security and confidentiality. Provides weekly reporting for the Learning & Development Roadmap.
Coordinates vendors, service providers, and contractors for different departments by tracking status; maintaining files of contract information; preparing forms to activate and cancel badge access; and tracking and cataloging expenses to support business analysis and reporting. Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
Owns the assignment of Learning & Development requests that come into the intake tool. Ensuring that all service level(s) are met for response time.
Runs a weekly audit on accuracy of the intake fields for all Training requests. Runs point on ensuring team members follow through on accuracy and consistency of the updates for reporting purposes.
Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.
