Designing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Performance Management Systems
Working with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic business objectives and the day-to-day actions and tasks of associates at all levels of the enterprise. This includes processes related to goal-setting, progress tracking and ongoing evaluations of individual, team, and organizational performance.
Development and delivery of communications regarding the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems and tools of the Performance Management process
Working with the Global Total Rewards organization to establish alignment between PM processes and compensation philosophy and practice
Working with Leadership & Learning to ensure alignment between PM processes and associate training and development practices
Working with our IT Organizations to ensure adequate support for the acquisition, development, and implementation of the digital tools to be used for performance management activities
Working with the Human Resources Business Partners to ensure alignment between Performance Management activities and consequences related to performance ratings (e.g. pay-for-performance, performance improvement plans, reward and recognition activities, learning and development activities, promotion/succession decisions, etc.)
Working with Talent Architecture to ensure alignment between job design, job analysis, competency models and the PM process.
Ensuring that Performance Management process remains relevant through benchmarking and continuous improvement.
Qualified candidates will be experienced, recognized thought-leaders in Performance Management and will have:
A graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a closely-related discipline
At least five (5) years of relevant experience with Performance Management systems in large, complex organizations either as an internal practitioners or external consultant.
Knowledge and understanding of academic theories related to Performance Management including Learning, Motivation, Leadership, & Psychometrics
Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills
Experience with Performance Management Software (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
Working knowledge of employment law relevant to performance evaluation
Experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders
Excellent organizational change-management skills
Experience operating in matrix or other ambiguous, complex organizational structures
Ability to persuade and influence without authority
Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or closely-related field and five years of work experience related to performance management
Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or closely-related field with at least 10 years of experience with performance management systems

Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Behavior or related field and 5 years' human resource functional experience as a Business Partner, Talent Partner or related area.
5 years' experience with Performance Management systems in large, complex organizations either as an internal practitioner or external consultant.
