Analytics-Focused Operations & Project Leadership
- Lead projects that improve the shopping experience across stores and digital platforms.
- Create and manage project plans based on data and customer needs.
- Bring teams together to focus on the right tools and ideas that improve how customers shop.
- Use data to find pain points in the shopping journey and suggest practical solutions.
- Help teams work faster and smarter by improving processes with automation and better tools.
Data Science & Decision Intelligence
- Translate raw data into shopper behavior insights that guide experience design and personalization.
- Develop models and frameworks to anticipate customer needs and optimize merchandising strategies.
- Utilize advanced analytics (segmentation, churn prediction, trend analysis) to support business cases.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance conversion, retention, and digital satisfaction metrics.
Shopper-Centric Solution Development
- Partner with product, UX, and engineering teams to develop tools and features that improve the end-to-end shopper experience.
- Continuously test and refine digital capabilities based on customer feedback and usage analytics.
Technology Enablement & Platform Optimization
- Drive the development and adoption of internal analytics tools and platforms to enable self-service insights.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure system scalability, data quality, and performance.
Innovation, Experimentation & Continuous Improvement
- Lead rapid experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to validate shopper-facing features.
- Encourage intelligent risk-taking to pilot emerging technologies (e.g., computer vision, voice search, AR).
- Foster a test-and-learn culture to continuously iterate on the shopper experience.
Ethics, Governance & Responsible AI
- Ensure data privacy, ethical AI practices, and responsible tech deployment in customer applications.
- Uphold standards of digital accessibility, inclusion, and fairness across all shopper touchpoints.
- Promote a feedback-rich, non-retaliatory culture where experimentation and continuous improvement thrive.
What You'll Bring:
- Coordinating cross-functional project teams
- Experience with technology and it’s application at scale
- Experience with Last Mile Delivery Proven experience in data sourcing and analysis.
- Strong ability to create and understand business cases.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to connect data and feedback to organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
