Primary Responsibilities

· Prioritize technology needs and work across all business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy to deliver accelerated results.

· Lead the generation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), prioritization, sprint planning, and provide guidance on trade-off decisions.

· Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and help shape implementation plans.

· Provide consulting expertise and act as a subject matter expert to senior functional leadership.

· Review and influence business strategies and integrate customer strategies to achieve business objectives.

· Consult with executive leadership to identify and answer critical questions about customers to drive business decisions.

· Develop testing and validation methodology and processes.

Data Collection and Analysis

· Direct and empower team to analyze critical data sets that drive the development of new capabilities, enable innovative functionalities, and resolve business-critical issues with strategic impact.

Collaboration

· Partner with functional leadership and other cross-functional leaders across the organization to develop consultative solutions.

· Ensure buy-in for recommendations and alignment on data analysis strategies.

· Maintain existing relationships and develop new relationships with external business partners and vendors.

People Development

· Drive continuous development through coaching, mentoring, and targeted learning to build high-performing teams.

· Shape future capabilities by identifying emerging skills, supporting succession planning, and leveraging diverse talent.

· Strengthen impact through strategic partnerships and networks that enhance workforce engagement and business outcomes.

Strategic Leadership

· Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement business strategies, plans, and practices.

· Evaluate operational processes and measure outcomes to ensure desired results.

· Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities.

· Promote a customer-focused environment and demonstrate adaptability and continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 5 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 7 years'
experience in data analytics or related field.
4 years' supervisory experience OR experience leading cross-functional teams
