Sr. Analyst, Incident Response – LMD Trust & Safety

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the Safety team within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety (T&S) organization. This role is responsible for managing the intake and response to critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for operational safety and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Response & Monitoring

  • Manage responses to critical incidents, collaborating with multiple teams to monitor and address threats or hazards affecting LMD operations, our contracted drivers, store associates, and customers.
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance safety and risk strategies focused on trust, preparedness, and prevention.

Policy & Process Support

  • Support the creation and enforcement of scalable controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate safety and security risks.

Data & Reporting

  • Manage intake databases to support the creation of reports and KPIs relevant to T&S operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Provide expert guidance and support the implementation of business solutions by partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Identify business needs, monitor progress, and adapt to organizational changes and competing demands.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in incident response, operations, last mile delivery risk management, asset protection, security, safety, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and incident tracking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
