Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Strategy and Mechanisms for Last Mile Delivery (LMD) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for translating high-level strategic vision into operational clarity and execution. This leader will drive the development and implementation of strategic frameworks, operating models, and mechanisms that enable LMD organization to scale with speed, precision, and impact.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Planning & Vision
Define and lead the annual and long-range planning (AOP/LRP) processes for LMD, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Drive insights and storytelling through executive packets, and business reviews.
Mechanisms & Operating Model
Design and manage the internal operating cadence for Last Mile Delivery. Establish and evolve decision-making forums and executive communications to support clarity and accountability
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead cross-functional prioritization and goal-setting exercises, ensuring alignment across product, operations, and technology teams.
Partner with senior leaders to drive execution of strategic initiatives and resolve cross-functional blockers.
Team Leadership & Development
Build and lead a high-performing team across strategic planning, product prioritization, competitive intelligence, and mechanisms.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority in high-stakes environments.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with AI/ML-driven decision-making tools and digital transformation is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
