We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about earning customer trust and enhancing the shopping experience by designing and implementing strategies to stop fraudsters in their tracks. Your work will make e-commerce safer for millions of people and will directly impact the business goals of a Fortune #1 company. This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and improve how Walmart’s eCommerce and omnichannel shopping journeys operate. A successful candidate will have a strong background in launching software or services, experience driving technical products, and a passion for building customer-centric online experiences.The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker—analytical, data-driven, results-oriented, and an excellent cross-functional communicator. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to analyze fraud patterns, assess customer and business impact, define key inputs and outputs for AI/ML-based fraud engines, and continuously improve fraud KPIs. You are a highly motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of platform product development and experience scaling products at the enterprise level.

What You’ll Do
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fraud Management across various touchpoints for customers, sellers, and associates.
- Research fraud trends and patterns in the market; conduct industry research and product analysis.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader fraud and identity ecosystems and apply that knowledge to shape product strategy.
- Ensure visibility and communicate clearly around all key initiatives.
- Develop and execute an integrated plan to enhance, leverage, and expand platform capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partner teams across multiple locations—strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven success in launching impactful customer-facing features in eCommerce or digital platforms.
- Strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate insights into product opportunities.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and leading initiatives across regions and time zones.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, influence, and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of product management experience, particularly in eCommerce, digital platforms, or customer experience roles.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks, large-scale experimentation, and translating test results into measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Looker, Adobe Analytics, Kibana, or BigQuery.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
