About Our Payor Program Team

We are a six-member, high-performing team that is known for our innovative problem-solving and purposeful ingenuity. We thrive because of our unique team cohesion, which allows us to provide deliverables for a variety of Health and Wellness leaders. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Insurance Reconciliation and Payor Analytics.

What you'll do:

• You will work closely with others on the team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, focused on providing meaningful insights that result in significant business impact.
• You will gather information from multiple sources and document findings clearly so that others can build upon it and use it to support ongoing initiatives.
• You will communicate frequently with cross-functional teams and work on large-scale projects across Walmart.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
• Expertise in optical insurance contracts and revenue cycle management.
• Strong skills in contract review, business strategies, and data analytics.
• Effective communication and project management abilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$95,000.00
