Position: Senior Manager, Insight Consulting

Job Location: 221 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030

Duties: Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Directs the execution of projects, work streams, and programs by managing and modifying associated project plans; creating and managing task timelines; formatting and maintaining project data; organizing and facilitating communication materials to ensure successful roll-outs and implementations; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing solutions and contingency plans for issues that have been escalated by project managers; adjusting direction based on project evaluation; and managing budget and approving expenditures for assignments where required. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Provides decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information; providing influence and insight on current and future business trends; conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends; translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives; and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals. This position does not supervise other employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and 2 years of experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and 4 years of experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field.  

Skills required: Experience guiding strategic, research, and analytics projects using JIRA, MS Project, and Agile. Experience implementing process improvements and scalable operating models using Lean Six Sigma and ERP systems. Experience developing dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to guide strategic decisions. Experience applying Kaizen and PDCA frameworks to identify performance gaps and optimize processes. Experience driving organizational change using ADKAR or Kotter's model and effective stakeholder communication. Experience implementing COBIT and ITIL frameworks for status monitoring and executive-level reporting. Experience developing training programs and conducting market analysis to enhance stakeholder knowledges. Experience facilitating organizational development plans and cultural change workshops. Experience collaborating with senior leadership on SWOT analysis and balanced scorecard for goal setting. Experience using SMART goals and 360-degree feedback for coaching and performance enhancement. Experience creating detailed business plans and contingency strategies using business planning software. Experience utilizing Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL for complex data analysis, problem-solving, and visualization. Experience conducting competitive analysis using benchmarking tools and market intelligence platforms. Experience executing surveys and literature reviews for comprehensive primary and secondary research. Experience developing and assessing strategic alternatives using DCF analysis and scenario planning. Experience designing PowerPoint presentations and Excel charts using advanced functions and templates. Experience monitoring vendor contracts and negotiations using procurement software for cost-efficiency. Experience building complex financial models in Excel, including DCF and sensitivity analysis. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $128,523/year to $216,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
