Position: Senior Product Manager
Job Location: 10500 NE 8th Street (13th floor), Bellevue, WA 98004
Duties: Perform Agile and Waterfall project management. Develop product plans and map out product strategy and roadmaps. Design user requirements, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Influence stakeholders and achieve alignment on commonly agreed goals. Use epics and story-writing on Confluence and Jira. Engage in brainstorming and design on Figma and Miro. Perform data analytics and product insights interpretation with Tableau and Quantum Metrics. Perform troubleshooting on Turnilo, and other tools. This position does not supervise other employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Statistics, Technology, or related field and 2 years of experience in product management, project management, or management consulting; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Statistics, Technology, or related field and 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or management consulting.
Skills required: Experience eliciting requirements, prioritizing backlog, and refining sprints preparation. Experience using Agile and Scrum project management methodologies to develop and deliver products in iterations with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Experience collaborating with design teams on UI/UX design, prototyping, and optimizing user journey through data analytics and user research. Experience collaborating with researchers on user research focusing on quantitative and qualitative aspects. Experience collaborating with engineering teams on front- and backend services, driving prioritization and trade-off conversations to build MVP and subsequent product iterations, focusing on greatest impact at lowest level of effort. Experience with funnel analysis, data analysis, and insights interpretation in user behaviors to improve conversion, task success rate and decrease drop-off and user churn rate. Experience collaborating with engineering teams to define functional test cases to ensure backward compatibility and identify edge cases to plan for. Experience performing Alpha and Beta product release programs and collecting sample results for data analysis. Experience collaborating with marketing teams on defining go-to-market strategy to ensure product growth in user base and revenue. Experience driving product lifecycle of tech products using statistics, hypotheses, algorithms, and API technologies including requirement definition, metrics analysis, research, technical specification, development, testing, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Experience introducing digital products to domestic and international markets strategically and ensuring full compliance with local regulations and local norms and requirements. Experience developing customer-facing products in highly regulated industries. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $183,581/year to $216,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
