As a Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the digital experience, supporting product launches, and driving category growth through data-driven insights and creative execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring curated assortments to life across our digital platforms.
- Use data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improving product content, discoverability, and conversion.
- Support the execution of online events and promotions, ensuring accuracy and excellence in digital presentation.
- Partner with suppliers to optimize product listings and ensure alignment with digital merchandising best practices.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve content health, including ratings, reviews, and enriched product detail pages.
- Stay current on eCommerce trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the member experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, website management, or content management.
- Experience with web analytics tools and/or content management systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
