The Workplace Hospitality team is driven to provide exceptional customer service in a world-class corporate environment. The Workplace Hospitality team will facilitate and enhance associate experiences and connections to teams, workplaces, and moments that celebrate our culture and purpose. This team will also coordinate corporate services and programs across the facilities to offer associates a productive place to work.
The Senior Program Manager of Workplace Hospitality will join the Walmart Corporate Real Estate team and have primary responsibility to provide personal assistance to ensure associates and guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their day. They will have responsibility for overseeing the smooth operation of our Workplaces and neighborhoods. This includes ensuring that our buildings and spaces are ready for business every day. This role will create a welcoming and efficient environment and provide exceptional service ensuring our associates, guests, and customers enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. This role will lead our highly visible spaces in Sunnyvale, California.
What you'll do:
Guest Experience:
- Ensure exceptional guest experience by maintaining ambitious standards of service on behalf of Corporate Real Estate and the broader organization.
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve guest engagement and loyalty.
Operational:
- Oversee daily operations of hospitality services, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Oversee contracts and statements of work (SOWs) and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure that buildings and spaces are business ready daily; including ensuring that all spaces are working properly and clean.
- Be highly visible and available. Providing a single point of contact to tenants for campus workplace experience requests or questions.
- Work with Facilities Management team on resolving tenant work orders regarding workplace operations and maintenance.
- Local oversight for local commuting programs.
- Oversee and ensure prompt response times for CRE related tickets.
- Plan, market, and execute onsite events, workshops, pop-ups to drive connections and community among associates on campus.
- Evaluate event performance and outcomes and provide feedback and reports.
- Regularly check in with key vendors, giving feedback and getting training on new or updated products/services.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including vendors, staff, and management.
- Represent the Corporate Real Estate Hospitality department in meetings and company events.
- Be informed and able to provide information regarding building services, neighborhood events, and key visitors.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of SPOCs and span of control of each Corporate Real Estate and support function.
- Knowledge of facilities, amenities, tenants, and of the local community.

- Ability to evangelize, communicate and collaborate well at all levels of the company.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
